Welcome to Labopc. This delivery and shipping policy describes the delivery conditions for the products you order on our site.
- Delivery Zones
1.1 We deliver our products throughout Belgium and France. Please check availability in your region before placing an order.
- Shipping Costs
2.1 Delivery costs will be calculated at the time of ordering based on your delivery address and the weight of the items ordered.
2.2 Special promotions, if applicable, may offer free delivery under certain conditions. Check the details of each promotion before finalizing your order.
- Delivery times and order processing
3.1 Order processing time is 1-3 business days.
3.2 Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- In Belgium, delivery should take 2 to 5 working days.
- In France and the European Union, it is estimated between 3 and 9 working days.
- In North and South America, the delivery time is 5-12 days (including Brazil, Canada, USA, Colombia and Mexico).
- In Asia, delivery is estimated between 10 and 15 working days.
3.3 We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, logistical issues or public holidays.

- Parcel Tracking
4.1 For most orders, a tracking number will be provided so that you can follow the progress of your package.
- Delivery address
5.1 It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Reception of parcels
6.1 Upon receipt of your package, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any damage or errors, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
