Return and Refund Policy
Return Period: You have the right to return products purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Condition of the Product: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a condition suitable for resale. Any product returned damaged or showing signs of use will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Reason for Return: We accept returns for reasons such as product defect, order error or simple change of mind on your part.
Refund: We will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise stated.
Return costs: We will cover the return costs.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at Contact@labopc.be to obtain a returns authorization number.
- Pack the product carefully in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
- Include a copy of the purchase invoice and the return authorization number in the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided with the return authorization number.
